How the lot works
You own the home. The lot underneath it is leased from the community for $625 a month. That rent covers the things in the list above, grounds, roads, lighting, trash, and is billed separately from your home payment. It is never financed into the home.
Lot lease terms, community rules, and any changes to lot rent are governed by the lease you sign. Ask us for a copy before you commit.
